I hereby authorize One, One Thousand to display photographs that I have provided to it by way of print reproduction and/or in digital format, in connection with OneOneThousand.org, One, One Thousand's e-mail newsletters, and One, One Thousand's Facebook and Twitter accounts. It is my understanding that One, One Thousand will determine whether or not to display any or all of my work that I have submitted.

 

By submitting these photographs to One, One Thousand, I authorize that these are original works of art that I personally created.

 

I am releasing One, One Thousand and its agents, principals, employees or servants from any liability regarding the display of work that I have submitted to them, including any liability for redisplay by individuals making copies of the display made by One, One Thousand. Although all reasonable care will be exercised, One, One Thousand cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged artwork.

 

That being stated, the site will state the following notice:
THIS ENTIRE SITE IS COPYRIGHT 2012 ONE, ONE THOUSAND. ALL OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS HEREIN, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, ARE COPYRIGHTED BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER. NO PART OF THIS SITE, OR ANY OF THE CONTENT CONTAINED HEREIN (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DESIGN, GRAPHICS, LOGO, AND ALL OTHER ELEMENTS MAKING UP THE LAYOUT OF ONE, ONE THOUSAND), MAY BE USED OR REPRODUCED IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER WITHOUT EXPRESS PERMISSION OF THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER(S).
